Our year round flavors are the following:
Italian Stallion- Chocolate Buttermilk Cake, Almond Mousseline and Orange-Anise Buttercream
Chocolate & Chocolate- Chocolate Buttermilk Cake, Chocolate Coffee Mousse and Cocoa Nib Buttercream
Marla Tres Leches- Vanilla Cake, Milk Syrup, Cajeta Mousseline & Cinnamon Vanilla Buttercream
Coffee Klatch- Chocolate Devil’s Food Cake, Coffee Mousseline, Vanilla Mousseline, Coffee Syrup & Coffee Cocoa Bean Buttercream
At Long Last, Lemon!- Brown Butter Cake, Meyer Lemon Cream and Candied Meyer Lemon with Vanilla Buttercream
Our seasonal cakes can start as early as May if the weather is on our side. Sometimes we have to push these out due to available ingredients from the farms we work with. By Mid June they are usually around & available through October or November.

Bread & Jam for Frances- Brown Butter Cake, Brown Butter Mousseline, Santa Rosa Plum Jam, Toasted Buttercream
Pricing for our standard cake flavors are as follows: 7” Rounds start at $70, 9” Rounds start at $90 , ½ Sheet Cakes start at $250
Our tiered cakes start at $10 per serving. This includes boards, pillars & equipment needed to hold the tiered cake in place.
If floral decor will be added to the cake we recommend the florist supply extra flowers for Chef Amy to apply onsite. Set Up starts at $100 per hour any time we have to set up a display or decorate on site.
Delivery rates are as follows (mileage is counted from our kitchen in Windsor to our destination): $50 within Santa Rosa, $75 within 25 miles, $150 within 50 miles, $200 within 75 miles, $300 within 100 miles
